This page covers the Jioc Agency website only. It is not the privacy terms for software we build for a client. That is agreed in writing, per project.

Who we are

What this site collects

If you send the meeting form, we receive:

• your name
• your email address
• the kind of work you chose
• any time you suggested
• whatever you wrote in the note

Email you send straight to zaidlaucas@gmail.com arrives like any other mail.

The site does not run analytics. It does not use advertising cookies. It does not sell information, and it does not build a profile of people who only read the pages.

How the form is delivered

The form is forwarded by FormSubmit, which sends the note to our inbox. FormSubmit processes the submission in order to deliver it, and keeps submissions for a limited time under its own terms. We do not control that service.

Why, and for how long

We use the note to answer you and, if it makes sense, to set a meeting. That is the request you sent.

We keep the correspondence while a conversation or a project is open, and longer if we are required to. You can ask us to delete a meeting request by emailing zaidlaucas@gmail.com.

Your choices

You can email us instead of using the form. You can ask what we still have from you. You can ask us to delete it.
